Hello All,
I was just wondering if anybody would be interested in doing a model portrait shoot this weekend at Cubbon Park. We could assemble at the ugly old lady statue near the Aquarium and then move to different locations in the vicinity of Cubbon Park.
Time: 6 AM
Location : The white lady Statue at Cubbon Park (next to the aquarium)
Duration: 3 hours
The conditions:
To make sure that we have enough models and good variety, each of the photographers can come with a minimum of 1 model (Male/Female), 1 Thermocole sheet to use as a reflector and of course your gear. This could be followed by breakfast at 9.30AM at some nice place close to Cubbon Park and then of course you can take away your model back with you .
--We could finalize costumes based on the turnout. If we have a lot of them, then we could have some models wear Indian clothes and some others wear western clothes. This totally depends on the turnout and we can decide this in the next few days until the weekend. We definitely cannot arrange a green room to change clothes, so it'll have to be a single costumes with say some add ons (Jackets, hair do's etc) in the case of westerns.
The models should be comfortable with other photographers clicking their pictures. I am sure each of us here would be mature enough handle our models and their pictures with great care
Who could you target -
-- Female/Male models or anyone for that matter who loves posing in front of the camera. You could try the local pretty girls and hunks at your workplace/neighborhood who would be interested in a free portfolio of theirs.
Please let me know how many of you would be interested in participating in this group shoot.
Arvind
